Diplômé de la Tokyo Geijutsu Daigaku – Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music (1997 – classe de Kazuo Tomioka) et du Conservatoire Shobi de Tokyo (1999 – classe de Yoshiyuki Hattori), il a été demi-finaliste du 1er Concours International Adolphe Sax (Dinant – 1994), 1er Lauréat du 13e Concours des Instruments à Vents et Percussions du Japon (1996) et 3er Lauréat du 2e Concours International Adolphe Sax (Dinant – 1998).

Il est diplôme du Conservatoire National de Région de Bordeaux (1997 – Médailles d’Or et d’Honneur – classe de Jacques Net) et du Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (2001 – classe de Claude Delangle) où il poursuit sa formation. Il a été Lauréaut du Concours Pacem in Terris (Bayreuth – 2000) et a obtenu le 2e Prix au 1er Tournoi International de Musique Populaire pour Saxophone (Limoges – 2001) ainsi que le 3e Prix au Concours International de l’ARD (Munich – 2001).

Étrillard Géraud (France – July 13th 1975)
Graduated from the National School of Music and Dance of Havre (1995 – Vermeil Medal, with Philippe Braquart ) and from the National School of Music and Dance of Bourges (1996 – Gold Medal, 1997 – First Prize of Advanced Courses, with Christophe Bois), follows advanced courses in the Paris National Conservatory of Music (with Claude Delangle). He has been awarded the first prize in the Léopold-Bellan Competition (1998), in the European Competition of Picardy (1999), in the Musical Competition of Touraine (2000) and in the UFAM Competition (2002), and also won the second prize in the International Adolphe Sax Competition of Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche.

Ibrahim Michael (Canada – August 23rd 1979)
Graduated from the University of Regina (1999) and of the University of Caligary (2001 – Bachelor of Music – with Jeremy Brown), nowadays he continues his studies in the Bowling Green State University (with John Sampen). He has been awarded the first prize in the MTNA Competition 2002 (Music Teachers National Association).
